I thought this was such a great idea to show people just how much I am using my legs and feet into the golf swing. I took off my back shoe to show you how I am griping the grass and pushing off with such force to hit the golf ball.
Many people think its not that much effort to hit the golf ball a long way or that my effortless golf swing is easy. I am using a lot of force but it appears that I am using nothing. When you see my back foot grab onto the ground, you can see I am digging my foot in and pushing off with such force.
If you want to start to get more distance with your golf clubs, then you too need to start pushing off in a circular motion with your back foot like I am here. I grip on into the back swing and this stabilizes my lower body and creates more torque in able to achieve this effortless golf swing.
