  1. Personally I simply soften the ferrule with my heat gun and then peel it off. A blade can easily slip and scratch the head. Anyway, I watched this film in the hope that it incorporated the best way to remove a shaft pin. (Most of the vintage iron heads are horizontally pinned as well as glued). Nothing seems to be on Youtube so I'll keep experimenting. It certainly can't be easily tapped out.
