If you are out of balance during your golf swing, it will affect your swing path, ball contact and your distance. The golf swing balance drills in this video will help identify and correct any errors you have in your golf swing balance.
Your balance should move through the middle of your feet, especially in the downswing, rather than going to your toes.
If arms overpower the swing it will inhibit your body’s ability to shift pressure. When that happens it’s easy to hit behind the ball or catch it thin.
