You need to have your left shoulder in line with the golf ball at impact, right shoulder for left handers. This drill will help you accomplish that.
I have been working on this for a week. definitely hard staying back. even when I'm positive I,stayed back video still has my upper body going forward. For me if I feel like i keep my right arm out of it aT the top of the backswing i pull straight down with my left hand I'm better able to stay behind the ball. i just cant seem to,square the clubface up yet and I'm hitting a lot off the heel
I don't get this. How is the ruler attached to the cap help? is the point of this drill to stop the head at the ball on the downswing?
