Thanks for stopping by. I created this website as a resource just for you to support you on your golfing journey as I know how tricky learning this game can be…to say the least!

I personally found learning the game too long and difficult in the early days. I read all the books, watched all the videos but my game was not improving. Then after studying various forms of neuro science, motor learning, psychology and personal development in less than two years I went from struggling golfer to the final stage of the Open Championship.

On YouTube and my personal website ( I will bring you the most up to date training, training that is getting tangible results for my clients right now. I don’t know where you are in your golfing journey, you could be just starting out or maybe your body isn’t as flexible as it once was or you’ve got ambitions to slash your handicap. Wherever you are I’ve created a place here you can learn, share your ideas, ask questions and get all the support you need to enjoy this great game.

Be prepared though. If its a quick fix you are after Im not your man. Here I will give you step-by-step advice that you can take straight to the practice ground and apply to the course but it will require you to get stuck in, screw up…a lot, practice some more and then watch those scores tumble

I’ve had the pleasure of coaching thousands of students all around the world and if you are up for the challenge and are ready to get in the game…LETS GO TO WORK!

  1. Thanks for al the great video's. Im from Holland. Just back from a 5 day golf trip in england with a few mates. Went to canterbury golfclub too. Great course and saw you give some lessons. Keep up the good work👍

  2. Why is everybody on the driving range standing barefoot this morning? Guess they all look at your video today…. As you say, our body is an artist and a problem solver. Thank you for this splendid lesson Danny!

  3. Danny, as always great video and explanation, working on this everyday and making progress since we met and hip fixed. One thing that as benefited me greatly is the counting 100 and 1. But what I realised or what helps me is on the “and” count is body movement where initially it was swing the arms. So now slow back on 100 and weight transfer on “and” and leave the arms behind. They do follow but not physically swung down. This simple change in my head has made a huge difference to everything. Thanks for this still hard work but so satisfying. Have a great weekend Chris

  4. The towel or head cover behind the ball is one of my favourite drills. Whenever I feel like the ball striking has abandoned me I'll go back to that.

Another good one that helps me massively when I lose strike, is to place a ball beside the one I'm hitting (about a club face further front me) and focus on not clipping as I hit the ball in front. Just gets all the technical thoughts out of my head and gets me striking the ball again. As you say, the body is a great problem solver!

  5. Hi Danny, great video as always.
I find that I can do this on a practice swing without a ball, but put the ball there and I get early extension and either top or chunk it. I put it down to anxiety to hit the ball, just wish my brain could get round it, will keep trying.

  6. my goodness,
finally a talented teacher who explains methodically and didactically crystal clear what and how to do it. I had already given up hope that there would be a Pro who could also teach.
    Simply sensational

  7. Another spot on video Danny, the times I manage to ruin a really good drive with a pull or thinned second shot are soul destroying I’ll certainly give this drill a go 👍
