  1. Peter- Yes, the concept is the same. There are very slight derivations but nothing that we need to be concerned with while trying to swing a club at 100mph.

  2. Thanks again for the advice, however I don't understand why we need to concern while swing club at 100mph. Would you elaborate in details.

  3. Peter- I am not sure I fully understand your question. I'll do my best to respond. The best answer would be "yes" the hand plane and club plane is the same as shown in this video. The "slight derivations" I alluded to in the initial response basically are because all clubs are different lengths and lie angles; this creates slight differences in the natural hand plane and club plane for each club. You don't need to consciously do anything different with these different clubs

  4. I am a new subscriber. I really enjoy the way you teach. I am 65 years old playing off 5 handicap. I bought one of those electronic swing aids which attaches just below club grip so obviously works by following the hand movement. It showed my swing to have one or two 'hand movement quirks' I make other involuntry movements to recover my position most times but my swing is inconsistent; so I have been looking for information and a drill for the hands.. this video really works for me, thanks

  5. How to consistently hitting a driver…? I have problems when the day I hit long, I'm all over the place. I'm on fairway when I hit so so driver.

  6. Great description of how to grove the golf swing. Sometimes when I do the belly drill I feel very flat as if my club shaft is below my right shoulder and ask feel like I'm bringing the club too much to the inside. Any advice

  7. Hey Gary, great video with good exercises. I am not struggling with the backswing aspect of my swing but more so my downswing, I do the opposite of what you said where you said people come over the top, I tend to dip my shoulders and push the bull outside to the right creating a strong hook. Is there anything I can do to practice having a swing on the same plane but more emphasis on the down swing so that I break the habit of dipping my shoulders and throwing the club face to the right? thanks

  8. What is the name of the training aid with the noodle you are using in this video?  I have been searching everywhere for it but I cannot find it.

  9. Thank you!!! I went from scratch to a 7 with NO consistency and couldn't figure how I got off track. I was soooo focused on trying to keep the club in front of me on the back swing  that I never realized I had developed the habit of taking my hands straight back in order to try and accomplish this. Was back to a zero in 2 months!!!!

  10. Gary your a good teacher. Your the first golf pro I've watched who explained how the Arms and hands behave when a person has a flatter swing. A flatter swing feels more powerful to me but I never understood how to move my hands and shoulders with my swing style. I'm crushing the ball with a nice draw now. Thanks

  11. I`ve been playing golf for over Two decades, struggling to break 90. I wasn`t able to attain an outstanding round for the last 3-4 years until I finished reading through these golf swing secrets “kaha shocking guide” (Google it). I`m not effective when using my irons. I can handle driver properly but could only reach a limited distance.

  12. Gary, I don't have a foam roller like you show on the video. How do I setup an alignment stick to give the same check point to have the hands coming back and through the slot position? Thanks.
