Here Alistair Davies demonstrates a great way to have a solid golf swing sequence.

The more consistently golfers can sync up the body and arms, the more control they will have over their golf swing. And I presume you would want that too.

Getting out of swing sequence presents itself in some various golf swing faults such as finishing the shoulder turn and then letting the arms carry on up.

Here is the ideal sequence;

Start the golf swing with the arms first.

Mid spine will turn, hips and thighs will turn.

The best way to sync up the arms is to have a long waggle where you just use the arms, then continue your golf swing by turning.

Start on plane, allow the arms to fold and then turn the larger body parts to complete your golf swing.

This simple golf swing drill may just work perfectly to help you have a more consistent backswing.

i feel the complete opposite, my arms hang from my shoulders my feeling is they are just floppy, i turn my shoulders and my arms come along for the ride, once i have made a full turn i wait for my arms to start falling down which creates my angles (lag) then i rotate my shoulders back to target then just before impact let my arms rip, Boom pure shot. my lower half works automatically using the ground and clearing etc, dont even think about my lower half
