  2. I have an easy 120 chs swing and don't notice or think about lag and when I did I started hitting all kinds of weird shots I don't understand why you won't just say it's more about timing (firing sequences) rather than lag you make it more confusing than has to be

  3. Excellent drill..when I get tired I get less efficient and tend to force the right shoulder to do too much.This drill will also work during my round.
