ABOUT ME:

I’m Liam Harrison, Bolton born and bred. I’m a lover of Golf, life and laughter.

Started Golf 12 years ago after packing in football when i was 28 due to a back injury.

I started the Youtube channel as a laugh and a Wim, to make me practice but that went out the window as i started vlogging, loving being on camera but more so the interaction with my #golfmates.

In 14 months i have seen the channel evolve and become the only real golf community on Youtube which i am extremly proud of.

I would like to thank all the #golfmates that have been with us and supported us and the channel from the start. Also not forgetting our new #golfmates that may have only just come across the channel.

  1. At first I thought OMP (The Legend) should be giving this tip and then I remembered that never goes in bunkers lol

  2. That seems so wrong, but the way you guy played it cannot be argued with.. If am in the sand tomorrow, I'll be trying that out… Thanks for the crackin tips, keep up the great vids

  3. WOW! Mean 'drop' Dave, enjoyed tapping it down did you lol😂
"Well out" though the pair of you, good tip there👏

  4. OK, how about the opposite situation? I hate it when the ball lands on a wet hard sand bunker. What do you do then?

  5. Thanks for the tip…I live in Arizona and just found your Golf Vlog a couple of days ago and have been smiling ever since. I am just now getting back into golf. Two years ago I had a heart transplant at age 50. I was pretty sick for about 15 years prior so the news that I needed a new heart, or I had only about 9 mo.s to live, was a bit shocking. It takes a full year to recover from a Transplant due to the medications and trauma to the body but I have come out the other end kicking and screaming. During the time when I was sick, and recovering after the transplant, I have learned the need for laughter and not to take things too seriously. Your channel has made me laugh and feel like I am alive again. I use to be an Assistant Golf Pro when my heart condition got the best of me and ended my career at age 40. So you have given me, and I am sure many other guys, that feeling of playing and playing with your buddies (Mates)!! I feel I am one of you in spirit and I hope to see more in the future. Go Golfmates! I also want to say hello to Old Man Pat and THE DICK!!! I also think The Dick gets talked to in his backswing more than anyone else. I support you Dick!! Thanks Again!

  6. I’ve heard open it right up, I’ve also heard you should close the face, personally I open the face right up and hit it as hard as I can, usually comes out hot regardless

  7. Serious comment, can you get Dave to do a bunker tip from mud with a thin layer of sand on top . It’s all clay round here.

  8. Nice. Never seen that tip before. Next time I'm on the practice ground I'll give it a go. You blokes made it look simple.

  9. My tip for the plugged shot is don't go in the bloody bunker in the first place!!! Good weekend golfing lads!!! by the way Liam , you stop using Stevie Wonder as a barber mate!!

  10. I'm usually lucky enough to have my ball right on top of the sand, but I'll definitely keep this in mind. If you can do it…I know I can lol!

  11. My brother in law finds EVERY bunker so the last time I played him I took a bucket and spade and put it in the bunker for him,,he's in the pit for ages,by the time he gets the ball out there's no sand left,,I'm sure this brilliant tip will help us all.thanks L,thanks D

  12. First time I've seen that tip, it's usually face open and whack down at it. I'd take either of those hits. Deffo be trying it out at the practice range.
