  1. I've dealt with cartilage damage in BOTH wrists over the past 5 years. While I'm not a doctor, it looks like this is exactly what I went through. Wishing you the best.

  2. Don't bugger your swing by trying to hit balls…I have had acupuncture on several occasions…doesn't give quick relief, could feel better over several days…I found that acupuncture can provide a bit better feeling, but it is not a cure for pain…

  3. I am 100% in favour of acupuncture! It has always worked for me in calming down the nerve endings and thus allowing the area around the nerve endings to heal quicker as well as reducing the pain. Hope all goes well.
