I recently adopted a bowed wrist technique and it works really well.. much more power with less effort.  The one swing thought I need to keep in mind is more of an inside out swing and as long as I do that, it's great.

hey sorry for what may be a stupid question but how much do you think a bowed wrist could help with distance? because Rahm is a big hitter then so Dustin and he has a very significant bowing of the wrist as well
