  1. Square your hips to line on downswing, let your arms drop retain spine angle, accelerate arms in front of body to release club in front of body, returning to address position to retain club face alignment. Restrict shoulders & hip action for straight line release. Let gravity & centrifugal force be your assistant, control the weight at the end of the stick to load & unload.

  2. Think that’s a ‘Swiss’ ball, ‘Medicine’ balls are the heavy ones, perhaps for the really advanced drill? 😁
