This is how you get perfect hip rotation through impact in your golf swing! The difference between the address position and impact position is explained in this video. You have to give your arms and club room to travel to the target. Therefore you have to turn your hips on impact about 45 degrees. This excercise will train you to rotate before impact on the golf ball.
