  1. One of the common threads of the Rotary Swing method (and lots of other teaching) is that golfers need to be able to mover their upper body and lower body independently. For some of us, that's an extraordinarily difficult thing to do. For me, it's counter to every physical instinct I have. Not impossible, but it feels like such an uphill battle.
